We provide transportation and payment services for pets (dogs and cats) to veterinary clinics, grooming salons, hotels, kindergartens, etc.
This service is useful when an owner needs urgent help.

・Only available to pet care facilities.
・We cannot accept explanations of symptoms or post-examination confirmations. This is the responsibility of the pet owner.
・Pets must be collected in a carrier. Please contact us if the carrier does not fit.
・We cannot accept pets in severe cases.
・Owners must sign a consent form when using this service.
・The consultation fee will be refunded. Payment must be made in cash.
